Tips for Creating a Grand Rose Flower Arrangement Suitable for any Occasion

Large scale rose flower arrangements are usually made for very special occasions where many people will be to view them. This means they must be tall and wide enough to be easily seen. These grand rose arrangements usually are displayed on a pedestal in the church, funeral home, or reception center.

A grand rose flower arrangement should be at least three feet tall and very wide. You may find greens long enough to use for this but there is an alternative; you can cut the greens you would like and place them in funnel container tubes that can be filled with water to keep the greens fresh longer. These tubes add length to any stem, whether it's a rose or any other flower.

Most grand rose arrangements are in a fan like shape but this depends on how many sides will be viewed. If this grand rose arrangement is going to be placed up against a wall it will have to be flat at the back but if it is going to be placed near a door or a pulpit it needs to be a round rose arrangement.

The size of the grand rose arrangement should always be done according to the size of the building or room it is being placed in. An example of this would be if a building is very large and the space the arrangement will be placed is also big then the arrangement itself needs to be big and bold to stand out against the space itself.
